Land Tours in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Water-based activities dominate a tropical island landscape, but land activities in the sun are just as fun when you know what’s out there. Providenciales has some great activities on land to get involved in, predominantly in the form of land tours. The island’s excellent viewing spots are scattered among marinas, hillsides, shorelines and national parks, thus seeing them through a tour with a knowledgeable guide is an efficient way to cover a lot of miles in a short space of time. Generally, tours are available for half a day or full day, depending on how much time you have. The mode of transport is entirely up to you also, options are varied and vast here and range from ATVs and scooters to dune buggies, to Jeeps or Taxi vans.

As a rule of thumb, tours generally include lunch at a picturesque location and from one to ten viewing spots. Areas that are particularly popular pieces of eye candy are Chalk Sound National Park, Blue Hills, the Grace Bay area, Blue Haven Marina and Long Bay Beach. Tours vary so if you have a particular spot in mind, enquire before you book. Booking necessary.
