24 oz of lobster tails 1 medium onion 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 garlic clove minced 4 cups tomato sauce 1 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup white wine Pinch of dry basil & oregano 8 oz capelli d' angelo Remove lobster meat from tails and cut into small pieces. Sauté with onions, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Then add the wine, tomato sauce and heavy cream. Add seasoning and adjust if needed. Let simmer for 3 minutes and then add the cooked pasta. Mix well and serve right away. Serves 4 |
