Chef and Tiki Hut owner, Doug
Camozzi is a third generation restaurateur.
His passion for food began when he was
very young working for his father
at age 12 and also studying
closely with his uncle. He often
attends wine seminars in numer-
ous locations and travels fre-
quently to sample the finest
cuisines and stay in touch with
the latest trends and crazes.
Doug says his biggest chal-
lenge is keeping everything up-
dated and fresh. He realizes North
Americans have a very demanding
palette and you must continue
coming up with new ideas to
meet their needs.
Tito Lewis, the Tiki Hut man-
ager, has been with Doug since
he started on Provo and is the
first person to greet you when
you arrive at the Tiki Hut. He is
the Caribbean version of James
Bond, charming and very re-
spectful. Stop by and visit for some fun food

The TIKI HUT, located dockside at Turtle
Cove Marina, prides itself in being able to
