Cabana Bar Fish Tacos with Chips & Salsa
Served at the Cabana Bar - Ocean Club Resort
Ingredients
6oz of Grouper
1oz of Flour
Pinch of Jerk Seasoning and
Black Pepper
1oz of Shredded Lettuce
1oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1oz of Sour Cream
1oz of Guacamole
2 Crispy Corn Tortillas
Chips & Salsa
Method
Cut Grouper into strips.
In a bowl combine jerk
seasoning, flour and black
pepper. Then roll the strips
through the dry mixture
and deep fry. Heat the
tortillas then fill them
starting with lettuce,
Cheddar cheese then
grouper.
Top off with guacamole
and sour cream.
Accompany with
Chips & Salsa.
