Hemingway's is oceanfront at The Sands on Grace Bay where evening comes
alive with sunset colours against a backdrop of ocean blues and tiki lanterns
flicker against a sea of green, set beneath a star-filled sky and giant palms. You're
waited upon by staff with a smile making you feel truly welcome. It is always a
pleasure to dine at Hemingway's.
Owner Terry Drummey, ensures that each and every dining experience is a
great one. Dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Caribbean style - fresh seafood is
the specialty. In addition to the regular menu every evening features an "Old
Man and the Sea" locally caught special. Dessert lovers just have to try the Fried
Ice Cream. Hemingway's is very popular the whole year `round, dinner reserva-
tions are highly recommended.
