1 oz Remy Martin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
7 UP
Shake together with ice
Pour into cocktail glass
Top with Cherry Brandy
Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry |

"The Caicos Romance"
1 oz Mount Gay Dark Rum
1.5 oz Mount Gay White Rum
.5 oz Peach Schnapps
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Grenadine
4 oz Orange Juice
Fill 12 oz glass with ice
Combine Dark Rum, Grenadine, 2 oz OJ and pour over ice
Combine 1 oz White Rum, Peach Schnapps, 2 oz OJ and pour over ice
Combine .5 oz Curacau and .5 oz White Rum and float on top
