1 1/2 ozs Gold Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Banana
1/2 oz Passo
3 oz Pineapple Juice
Dash of RoseÕs Grenadine
Shake with ice
Strain into cocktail glass
Top off with Peach Schnapps
Garnish with lemon, pineapple & cherry |

2/3 oz Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Heavy Cream
Crushed Ice
Blend ingredients and pour into a Cocktail Glass
On top float:
1 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
Crown with Whipped Cream
Sprinkle with Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Garnish with a Cherry |

In a Tall Glass, pour over ice:
1.5 oz Cave Rum Gold
.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Splash Blue Curacao over the top.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime, orange and cherry.

1 part Passoa
1 part Sweet n' Sour Mix
2 parts Cave Rum (Gold)
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Shake in a mixer with ice. Strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with a slice of Pineapple. Sip and get the "The Feeling".

1.5 oz CAVE RUM
1 oz Galliano
Pineapple Juice
Orange Juice
Lime Juice
Grenadine
Pour over ice in a tall glass.
Top up with Meyers Rum
Garnish with Lime.

1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Cave Rum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
Pour Pineapple juice over ice in a tall glass to settle to the bottom. Shake the other ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain and pour into the glass. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Lemon with Cherry. |
