"Carter's Mount Gay Margarita"
1 1/2 ozs Mount Gay Rum
3/4 oz Triple Sec
Fill with Bar Mix Lemon Flavour
and Ice
Shake and Pour into Cocktail Glass
Garnish with Lime Slice |

"Sunflower Samurai"
1 oz Mount Gay White Rum
1 oz Sake (Cold)
3 oz Sprite
2 oz Orange Juice
Pour over ice into a 12 oz tall glass.
Pour OJ slowly on top for effect.
Garnish with lime.
To make "RED SAMURAI" substitute
orange juice with cranberry juice. |

1 oz Sauza Tequila
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Shake over ice
Strain into martini glass |

"Caicos Seduction"
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
1 oz Mount Gay Rum
6 Ice Cubes
Pour orange juice and pineapple juice into tall cocktail glass.
Add a splash of Grenadine and float 1 oz of Mount Gay Rum.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with slice of lime, lemon and orange with cherry. |

Splash of Blue Curacao
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orange Juice
Shake and pour over ice in a tall cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

3/4 oz Coconut Rum
1/3 cup fresh Banana
1/3 cup fresh Mango
Blend with Ice and
Pour into a tall cocktail glass
1/3 cup fresh Strawberries
Blend and pour on top
Crown with Whipped cream
Garnish with Strawberry and Cherry |
