Join us on a whale watching expedition to the Silver Banks. (January to March) The warm clear waters of the Silver Banks, located between Grand Turk and the Dominican Republic, are an ideal location for viewing and photographing whales. The 100 foot Turks and Caicos Aggressor is one of a few vessels permitted access to the Whale Sanctuary area during the humpbacks mating and breeding season. Numerous coral pinnacles which rise from depths of 60 to 100 feet to within a few feet of the surface make the area treacherous for mariners but provide protection for the whales. The Aggressor anchors in an area near the reef and inflatables are launched several times per day for closer viewing of the whale activity. We look forward to sharing with you a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the majestic humpback whales.
