Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) - The Caribbean Tourism Organization’s (CTO) 3RD Annual Worldwide Travel Writer/ Photographer Awards Programme selected “Where When How - Turks & Caicos Islands” as the winner in the category of “Best Guide Book on the Caribbean” from the Caribbean Region. The presentation took place at the CTC-28 Awards Luncheon held at Frenchman’s Reef Resort on St. Thomas USVI.
